Job SummaryOperations supervisors keep track of key performance indicators across different functions, including Tech, finance, and different Ops depts. They monitor compliance with operational policies and progress of administrative tasks. Design and improve processes, and tackle obstacles in time. This is the key to increase service fulfilments.Job Responsibilities· Develop and improve operational processes within the operations’ departments.· Monitor hourly/daily service levels, and coming up with effective strategies to enhance fulfilment rates.· Finding blockers, and raise them in-time using analytical skills.· Evaluating and reporting on business metrics to upper management.· Getting connected with suppliers, and define metrics to assess delivered quality.· Improving the work environment and operations of the organization as a whole. Shifts, Working hours: ● Normal Shift, Sat - Wednesday 9 - 18● Available during off-shift hours.● Time-flexibility is a mustSkills and Qualifications● Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.● Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.● Strong analytical skills, using a combination of tools, “Excel” is a must● Great communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently.Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
